We are a small company with a big heart. Each year we set out to take care of our clients and our community. We build roofs and relationships in the neighborhoods that support us. Our dedication to community outreach is reflected in our ongoing initiatives to assist those in need and foster stronger local connections.
Rock Solid Roofing KY takes a few opportunities each year to donate roofs to families and amazing people in our community. In the spring of 2024 we decided to offer an American veteran we met last year a free roof and thankfully he was gracious enough, and humble enough to accept our services. Supporting those who were, and are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice, and serve this country, is something we are honored to support. Giving Back Program: Partnering with Local Organizations and Shelters
At the start of summer 2024, we sponsored the Fresh Start Frankfort (formerly Franklin Co. Women & Family Shelter) Block Party. We fed over 200 people! It was a long hot day for everyone involved, but it was certainly for an amazing organization that we would happily partner with again. Our giving back program demonstrates our belief in supporting local missions to create meaningful change.
We wholeheartedly believe in the mission of Fresh Start and their insistence on treating the root cause of substance abuse disorders and homelessness. Thank YOU, Fresh Start Frankfort, for all you do for the women and families working hard to get clean and maintain their sobriety at your facility! Our ongoing community outreach aims to support and spotlight organizations making a real difference in people’s lives.
Local Charity Roofing Company Supporting Shelter and Family Initiatives
Toward the end of summer we partnered with Lowes to help the SIMON House of Frankfort. They were in desperate need of repairs outside of the scope of their insurance coverage, and did not have the funds to tackle the projects. Thanks to the Rock Solid Roofing KY and Lowes team effort, the cost of materials were covered, and the labor was completed free of charge.
The SIMON House is a crucial element in Frankfort, offering shelter and emergency services to homeless women who are pregnant, as well as homeless families with children. Thank YOU, SIMON House, for your care and compassion of unhoused people. With each project, we strengthen our giving back program and solidify our reputation as a trusted local charity roofing company invested in the well-being of our community.
